1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Burnr ("the Service"), operated by Burnr ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Burnr is a time tracking and budget management platform designed for agencies, studios, and freelancers. The Service allows users to track time, manage project budgets, collaborate with team members, and generate reports.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Workspaces & Roles

Workspaces are created by account holders and may include additional members with varying roles (owner, admin, member). Workspace owners and admins are responsible for managing access and ensuring that invited members comply with these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Use the Service to store or process sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for time tracking and project management

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Burnr and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Burnr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a data export before account deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
